When in BA

I made the most killer supper last night: Thai green curry with tofu and glass noodles. In keeping with the ongoing Argentine fusion theme, my curry actually had palmito cubes as the veg, arugula as the herb, and some queso crema to round off the heat. I know it sounds a tad touched, but it turned out divine. The iced coffee delivery was also nice to bring the heat factor down a couple notches.

In other news, I need a new camera.

That curry sounds yummy (adding queso crema was inspired)!

I agree, A new camera is needed, the curry looks a bit like a baby head crowning!

well, thanks a lot, but i just had to toss the entire pot out because of these comments!

actually, i've to admit the curry spices and queso crema did not mingle happily ever after the next day.

Gawd! Who actually has leftover curry? What brand of queso crema did you use?

i already threw out the container but i remember it being a fairly new supermarket item. it had the best taste of any of those too...

i finally learned that the maesri green curry paste is the one to avoid. it was insanely hot compared to the red and yellow!
