Catamaranned down the delta last week. It only took me a year and a half to check off this basic guidebook must-do. It was tranquil cruising down the river gazing at rich weekenders sunning and boating by their vacation homes. Tranquil when I wasn't seething with jealousy, that is. I am not a big fan of Tigre, the town, but the delta was picturesque enough, reminding me of Thailand of all places. Supposedly there's a famous cemetery around that I should to see... (just kiddin, sort of).
